Priora Univers 3T
UNIVERS 3 T is a multi-sectors revolving-type entrance control system with built in Metal Detector and an additional sliding door at the protected side.
Like in every revolving system, users pass through in two directions using the first available sector. In case of a Metal Detector alarm the user occupying the affected sector will find the additional sliding door closed, and will therefore be naturally encouraged to continue and complete a full revolution towards outside the building.
As soon as the turnstile will move the affected sector from the now closed access to the building, the additional door will re-open leaving free passage to users occupying the following sectors, in case, of course, another alarm is not active.
Thus in situation where a Metal Detector alarm is active the cycle is not in any way adversely affected. The continuous rotation enables all users, both entering or leaving, to pass through, regardless of irregular situations, drastically improving passage flow with an high security level.
